Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Programs implements product marketing and customer campaigns by identifying elements through competitive benchmarking and internal analysis; prepares strategies, plans, and objectives; development of presentations and sales collateral and execution of campaign.

* Perform writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, campaigns, advertisements, website and more.

* Event and tradeshow management responsible for management of calendar and budget; develop vendor relationships; identify, assemble and coordinate properties; pre and post-show and communications and results analysis.

* Media plan provide direction and insight in line with corporate objectives into the industry publications and advertising messaging and product campaigns.

* Electronic media manage online visual identity and resources, creation of videos and online electronic collateral, establish and execute social media presence.

* Channel marketing develop, drive and implement marketing activities, loyalty programs and campaigns for channel partners to expand market share and pursue growth targets.

* Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools. This includes, but not limited to, training, sales presentations, collateral and samples/demo cases.

* Manage projects by working with all appropriate department teams to identify specification and customer needs and develop programs to respond to those needs and ensuring timelines are achieved.

* Training and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.

* Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color and packaging.

* Manage Halco brand identity, and maintain messaging and branding consistency across all marketing platforms.

* Assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for marketing and communications initiatives and make recommendations based on findings.

Qualifications and Experience (include, but not limited to):

* Minimum 7 years B2B marketing or sales experience with 5 years supervisory experience. Electrical or Lighting industry experience preferred. Digital marketing a must

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field a must.

* Proven successful experience working with outside vendors such as photographers and printers; website design and updates; tradeshow and event management.

* Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented; results-focused with the ability to multi-task; able to meet tight deadlines.

* Position requires excellent copywriting, communication and analytical skills.

* Ability to translate complex situations/problems, market trends and voice of the customer.

* Travel will be required-up to 30%.
