Customer Care administrator/Receptionist

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling customer inquiries, order processing and handling the front desk receptionist duties.

* Manage the front desk to include answering phones and routing to the right department

* Work with team to ensure proper phone coverage exists during business hours

* Fax order confirmations / discrepancies

* Key all e-mailed and web based orders

* Answer product availability requests when needed

* Field inbound calls for inquiries

* Process mail for overall Company

* Be able to handle reporting using advanced MS Excel

Minimum Job requirements:

* Minimum of two years of customer service or administrative support experience in a distribution or manufacturing company

* High aptitude in sales

* Extraordinary communication skills - Telephone, written and in person

* Problem solving skills - Solution focused with ability to diffuse negative outcomes

* Relationship builder - Professional, friendly and courteous

* Good at multi-tasking and keeping organized

* Self-driven - Results oriented and goal focused

* Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office programs

* Excellent PC and typing skills
