Industrial Engineering, Logistics/ Inventory Accuracy Lead

The role of Plant Industrial Engineering in the logistics and inventory accuracy process is to create structure, identify process abnormalities and lead a functional team to correct inventory and transactional process throughout the plant. This may include process/ reporting analysis financial analysis and reporting. The role will lead a functional group of approx 7 coordinators.

Core Responsibilities

* Coach/ Lead Material coordinators in daily activity

* Review and report Plant data (Negative inventory, SAP transactional errors)

* Be the lead in reporting monthly progress reports to several levels of management

* Organize and drive CI progress in the management of material in the plant

* Organize yearly Physical inventory, create process and structure for this activity

* Drive standard problem solving methodologies (VS Mapping, A3, 5Why) Job Requirements Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineer or related engineering field

* 5+years of IE and Manufacturing experience

* Good Communications skills written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

* SAP competency

* Experience in Transactional processes

* Leadership experience in Functional teams

* Experience in Problem solving methodology

* Experience in Financial reporting
