The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

The Master Data Content Management – Supply Chain Analyst is tasked with working with the business and application owners in support of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain ERP system. This role will interact with the Supply Chain department to determine the appropriate set of master data standards, quality levels, and ongoing governance procedures required to achieve and sustain the organizational goals. The role will work across all entities to ensure supplier standards and flows are in alignment with the organization, working closely with buyers and requestors on activities related to data configuration, maintenance and compliance of the supplier master.

The Supply Chain Analyst demonstrates proven abilities and success with Oracle PeopleSoft SCM or other ERP applications. The role will also interact with different levels throughout the organization: end users, architects, production support engineers, and management. The role will be expected to assist with various hands-on activities as required based on workload. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Support the Master Data policies and procedures and ensure enterprise adoption

* Add and maintain Delivery Locations, Par Locations, Ship-To Locations

* Add and maintain SCM Business Units

* Add and maintain SCM Reason Codes and Standard Comments

* Add and maintain ePro Role actions

* Implement process improvements through introduction of new functionality and training

* Identify and manage critical data management issues and risks

* Contribute to the continued development of master data dictionaries

* Help requestors and approvers troubleshoot issues within PeopleSoft eProcurement

* Work with IT team to test scripts for future site implementations

* Lead and support new user groups through User Acceptance Testing

* Suggest and lead process improvement initiatives

* Work with IT and Business Project Managers on Master Data related projects and cleansing

* Ensure compliance with company and security policies

* Assist training team with requester training material development and requester training refresher classes

* Coordinate with Match Exceptions team to understand root cause and help facilitate change management

* Manage Supply Chain help desk tickets

* Act as the ePro/PO Module Lead for all PeopleSoft go-live project work as new entities are brought onto our HHC ERP system

* Network with other health systems to understand opportunities for enhancements and process improvements


* Bachelor's Degree Required.

* 3-5 years of relevant business analytics experience.

* Strong PC and analytical skills essential

* Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal.

* Familiarity with the full purchasing lifecycle process
