Duties: Develop concepts for broad strategic learning solutions that go beyond individual training assets and devise creative and innovative learning solutions. Provide thought leadership on product including effective product positioning, competitive analysis, developing role-based learning paths, innovations in training programs, and certification and assessment frameworks. Proactively identify business needs and design comprehensive learning and development solutions to address those needs and improve processes related to training activities. Present these solutions to senior internal stakeholders for sign-off and execute those solutions either as an individual contributor and/or in collaboration with others. Communicate with senior management on strategic approach. Apply a strategic and business approach to learning and training development plans. Manage external training vendors with minimal supervision. Design, develop, produce and edit a wide array of high-quality, visually appealing media-enriched training content ranging from enhanced recordings to video and audio. Develop storyboards, visuals, learner interactivity, and motion captures using Snagit and Camtasia. Design and develop templates, quizzes, and assessments interactions to improve the user’s learning experience. Design, build and conduct surveys to collect feedback and incorporate it to reflect learnings. Design and create product documentation, build competitive analysis, and construct case studies. Design and implement requirements gathering for upcoming training requirements, implement internal communications and change management strategy during product upgrades.Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience applying a strategic approach in meeting organizational goals with innovative learning and development solutions, including designing and developing comprehensive learning solutions to solve business needs. Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following: utilizing Oracle database and SQL server; developing comprehensive learning solutions including high-quality media-enriched training content ranging from enhanced recordings to fully-fledged eLearning tutorials; developing individual training assets through recording and editing product demos; developing effective new hire onboarding programs, role-based learning, and certification and assessment frameworks; designing and creating product documentation, building competitive analysis, and leading training projects from inception through completion with minimal supervision. Domestic and international travel required approximately 10% of the time. Destination and frequency impossible to predict.
