- Drive sales and ensure assigned store teams consistently utilize company selling model to actively engage and connect our customers with the Sam Edelman brand
- Schedule and manage sales floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience, holding team accountable to achieving sales goals and performance metrics
- Exhibit a passion and enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring timely execution of in-store promotions consistent with company brand standards
- Recruit, interview and hire a top-performing team, building a talent pipeline for succession in key roles
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to encourage growth and development, actively identifying opportunities to promote from within
- Foster a professional and safe work environment where individuals are respected and recognized for their contributions
