What you will do

As our Solution Engineer, you will apply your proven abilities as a team player, comfortably collaborating with multiple stakeholders through inquisitive, articulate and engaging communication, yet also effortlessly shifting to an autonomous mode when needed. You are an intelligent technology and business development expert who overcomes challenges, championing difficult problems and coming up with innovative solutions. You love the technology, and love talking about it too.

You will

* Use your sound knowledge of the platform capabilities to integrate with our products and services.

* Connect with our potential clients in meaningful ways and effectively demonstrate how our products best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.

* Assist in determining cost, scope, project duration, and the design of custom-made products and solutions by translating customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and estimates to implement those solutions.

* Provide technical support in sales calls, technical requirement gathering sessions, solution presentations, and assist the Account Executive with managing the deal cycle.

* Deliver excellent services sales presentations to our clients and respond to questions and objections on technical issues.

* Manage a high volume of deals with a variety of industries and functions.

A thorough understanding of and our products, combined with a strong appreciation for the demands of a fast moving sales cycle, will be essential to your success. Skills and experience you need to be successful

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* 3+ years of on-the-job experience with enterprise-level, cloud-based systems and solutions or web-based system development processes.

* 1+ years Solution Engineer experience (or a similar role in an Account Executive capacity)

* 2+ years of advanced skills in Salesforce, and project scoping.

* Ability to create and deliver customer demonstrations and assist clients in converting business requirements to potential technical solutions

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Excellent oral and written communication, including superior customer service skills

* Strong knowledge of software development life-cycles, systems engineering and business process re-engineering

* Prior sales or business development experience, as well as, proposal development preferred

* certifications preferred

* Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and experience working with C-level clients

* Travel requirement: up to 25%
