TCG is looking for a savvy Social Media Manager to manage the strategic development and measurement of a leading brand's organic social media content and campaigns. Responsibilities include: ? Interact with and build a brand experience for customers across all social media touch points ? Architect and continuously evolve a social media strategy that drives brand affinity, engagement, reach, audience ? and ultimately, conversion ? Manage all social channels available, ensuring they are a balance of storytelling, content, engagement, and product ? Serve as the social media advocate for the brand, ensuring social is thoughtfully factored into partnerships, events, and campaigns ? Work with Creative, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising teams to help execute social-first partnerships with publishers, brands, and influencers ? Create and develop content including but not limited to photo essays, short films, and feature stories ? Promote workshops, events, and gatherings that catalyze the building of brand awareness and the company?s mission and foster community at retail ? Be knowledgeable of emerging and relevant trends, applications, and tools in the social and digital space ? Provide regular platform metrics and competitive analysis to evolve strategy and develop content recommendations ? Oversee paid social to plan campaigns, set strategy and identify key targets for all brand and product initiatives ? Liaise with cross function partners including Creative, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Experience. Requirements: ? 3-5 years work experience focused in social marketing and brand development ? Bachelor's Degree ? Exceptional writing skills and ability to develop a unique voice for the brand ?
