Senior Operations Analyst - Perioperative Services

Thrive as a high-level analyst and internal consultant, developing, tracking and evaluating metrics to find ways to drive automation and improvements in patient volume and flow, turnaround times, resource utilization and other key areas. Report and present findings and recommendations to service line directors, surgeons, clinicians and other important stakeholders, helping drive effective decision-making regarding strategic planning and revenue maximization. Participate in initiatives that bring our financial vision to life, including HERCULES and the opening of our new ambulatory surgery center in 2018.

This is a Full-Time, day shift position.

Ideal Criteria

* Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., Tableau, EPSi, OR Manager, ProVation, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, etc.)

* At least five years of experience in consulting, data analytics or industrial engineering

Required Criteria

* Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience

* A Master's degree in a Healthcare, Business or Analytics field

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to instill trust, ensure accountability and effectively collaborate

* The ability to develop and deliver high-quality data visualizations and presentations to all levels of the organization
