Senior Manager, CRM Job Description

We're looking for an Senior Manager, CRM to lead our Green Chef CRM team to drive all database marketing to convert new customers, engage active customers and reactivate lapsed customers. Your primary focus will be the development and implementation of a comprehensive US-based CRM strategy.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing, you'll be responsible for hitting short- and long-term growth targets via database marketing. Through detailed analysis, detail-oriented program implementation, and careful time management, the Senior Manager, CRM will increase overall subscription growth and customer retention to help the team achieve its ambitious business goals.

You will…

* Manage, optimize and scale our database marketing – working with Iterable and other content distribution channels – to drive revenue and ROI from key channels of communication with our customers across the entire customer journey from acquisition to reactivation: especially email marketing, telemarketing, onsite and on mobile

* Improve CRM quality & efficiency results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing tests; establish and communicate key CRM metrics; monitor and analyze results; implement changes as needed

* Work closely with the VP, Marketing to help build our CRM strategy into a competitive advantage for the US business

* Build and develop quarterly plans and goals from the ground up to achieve and manage CRM targets

* Work closely with our business intelligence teams to drive actionable insight from rigorous data analysis

* Manage external agencies to ensure growth of key CRM and reactivation channels

* Analyze performance and circulate updates to key stakeholders around the US and Global business

* Recommend new platforms, technologies and agencies to help manage, optimize and scale our database marketing

* Key KPIs: revenue, retention, reactivation, relationship health

You Are…

You have…

* 5+ years' proven experienceC

* Experience in the following core activities:

* Segmentation strategy and customer lifecycle management

* Setting up statistically significant A/B and multivariate tests

* Managing multiple CRM technology platforms

* Offline CRM tactics such as call centers and direct mail

* Implementation and management of loyalty incentives

* Building emails in HTML

* Direct experience with B2C subscription and / or ecommerce preferred

* A degree from a highly competitive college, and stellar academic performance

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (SQL experience preferred)
