Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sales Engineer I with our client in the SEO industry in their New York, NY location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Description:
  • Seeking a Sales Engineer I
Responsibilities:
  • As a Customer Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with the Chrome sales team and certified partners to introduce Chrome to our customers
  • You will help prospective customers and partners to understand the power of Chrome Enterprise, explaining technical features, and problem-solving key technical issues in pre-sales discussions
  • You will work with the inside sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities, overcome key customer technical objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical impediments to progressing sales opportunities towards a proof of concept
  • You will work hands-on with Chrome products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments
  • You will be responsible for highlighting the Chrome value proposition using techniques to include whiteboard & slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, and RFI response documents
  • Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
    • Supporting inside sales peers with qualifications calls
    • Delivering demos and product overviews to technical teams
    • Documenting customer interactions and unblocking solutions validation roadblocks
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS in any discipline
  • 2-5 Years of IT experience, preferable as a sales engineer or technical account manager
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles for IT solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise device management and deployment tool
  • Customer facing sales skills
  • Experience working in tandem with resellers and technical integration partners
  • Familiarity with, or certifications for Windows device and OS management as well as application deployment and maintenance
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
