JobDescription:

NKF'sGlobal Lease Administration team is seeking an experienced Technology SupportAnalyst ("TSA"). In this role, the TSA will provide broad based support inthe implementation and ongoing use technology used with in the LeaseAdministration Service program. The TSA will work closely with serviceline Analysts, Transition Managers as well as the NKF GCS Technology Team and applicationexperts from a variety of software vendors to deliver and maintain best inclass technology including Tririga and other lease administration systems forour clients.

EssentialJob Duties:

* TechnologySupport to Lease Analysts and other Team Members

* Serveas the principal point of communication with the NKF Technology team asrequired on all matters associated with hosted Vision RE Lease Administrationsolutions and Vision Insight BI

* Serveas designated "super user" of various technology used by team withsubstantially broader system access to the NKF Vision RE technology

* Supportthe resolution of operational issues that may periodically arise in thevarious technology used by the team. Actively manage an issue log by technology andtrack progress of resolutions.

* Workwith teams to implement processes and technology that support thebusiness and provide process efficiency for all client accounts

* Assistparticipate in the deployment of technology during Transitions to ensure theproper setup and training associated with primary database technology beingimplemented

* Mentorand develop staff on the proper use of technology, best practices in useof technology and other related technology subjects

* Supportthe deployment and operation of new Business Process Management technologyincluding AI tools, Enterprise Content Management and other systems

* Becomeand serve as the technology expert of all Lease Administrationtechnology relative to configuration, functionality and deployment of systemsto service clients

* Conductdemos of variousLease Administration technology for prospective clients

* Serveas primary trainer of new staff on the use of the designated technologyand, as necessary, perform refresh training of staff

* Mayperform other duties as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience:

* Bachelor'sdegree in related discipline (e.g. InformationTechnology, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent and/or direct IT consultingexperience in corporate real estate technology involved in lease administrationoperations

* Experiencein Lease Harbor (Harbor Flex and Apex), CoStar and Prolease required

* CommercialReal Estate Experience required

* Minimumof 5 years of direct lease administration, client-facing technology work in anoperational role

* Strongproject management methodology background including schedule, scope, issue andrisk management experience

* Stronganalytical, problem solving, and creative experience

* Strongorganizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multipleprojects and priorities concurrently

* Abilityto manage multiple tasks efficiently, work productively in a fast-paced, teamoriented environment

* Excellentinterpersonal, written and oral communications and customer relations skills

* Conceptualknowledge or experience in CorporateReal Estate, Enterprise Asset Management, and Integrated Workplace ManagementSystems

* Conceptualknowledge or experience in Business Process Management, Enterprise ContentManagement, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

* Exposureand or experience with Change Management is preferred
