Who You Are:

We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring excellent employees, in the marketing, project management and graphic design space. We would like someone to bring their expertise around designing job descriptions, sourcing techniques, social media presence and other new ways to attract the best candidates

What You'll Do:

Below are the Key Skills needed:

  • Confer with management to identify recruiting needs
  • Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
  • Assess assigned positions to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles
  • Source applicants through various methods including advertising, job sites, career fairs, online platforms and direct sourcing
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit our clients’ needs
  • Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience from prescreen to hire or redirect
  • Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as an exceptional employment opportunity
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
  • Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
  • Maintain accurate and current applicant data base
  • Maintain recruiting metrics

What You Bring:

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience or knowledge in the employment industry
  • Trainable, Flexible, and open to grow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong results-orientation to manage time effectively and over deliver on goals
  • Burning desire to advance and develop their career within this growing organization with the goal of moving into a leadership role
