Executive Recruiter

Due to the company's continued growth and ongoing focus on identifying and hiring the best talent to add to our team to provide excellent service to our clients, we are adding an Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the Chief Talent Officer and other members of the Recruiting team, along with Geller senior executives to assist with managing and executing all aspects of the search process including: search strategy development; position specification development; managing the execution and direction of research; candidate development; initial interviews and assessment of candidates; managing the offer process, including, offer recommendations, reference checking, facilitating background checks, in addition to closing and onboarding candidates effectively. The Executive Recruiter will also be instrumental in helping to build a "best-in-class" in house executive search capability. An integral part of the Executive Recruiter's role is relationship management, including building strong relationships with internal clients to become a "trusted advisor", while also networking with senior industry executives, as potential candidates or sources, at industry events, associations and other market facing opportunities, and will identify and partner with leading retained executive search firms as necessary with the expectation to build and map talent pools across the competitive landscape within the CFO, Sr. FP&A, Tax and Wealth Management world. The successful candidate should possess the following experience and personal characteristics.

You will take ownership of:

* Delivering best in class search process including managing a professional experience for internal client relationships and key stakeholders while also ensuring a positive candidate experience.

* Developing and maintaining market specific intelligence relevant to Geller & Company and Geller Advisors talent needs that include maintaining a network of diverse industry contacts and partnering closely with Geller leadership and the hiring organization to engage that talent on a proactive basis.

* Driving best in class pipelining practices for candidates within Tax, Relationship Management, and other key disciplines to drive confidence of key stakeholders in the efficacy of the search while also ensuring relationships are developed between the firm and top candidate prospects in a proactive and continuous manner; provide access to passive talent and increase speed of search delivery

* Documenting and reporting on search progress, including candidate pipeline, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation.

* Managing research budgets to ensure efficient use of research vendors.

* Providing counsel to hiring managers during assessment and evaluation of candidates and acting as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates, as well as conducting thorough reference and background checks on all finalist candidates.

* Providing consultation to key stakeholders to assist with hiring decisions and analysis of details of complex offers.

* Enhancing the client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process, benchmarking against top industry standards.

* Assisting with transition and new hire orientation for new executive-level employees.

* Developing a strong understanding of Geller & Company and Geller Advisors issues within the industry and utilizing knowledge in search planning for appropriate company targeting.

* Positioning and effectively articulating the Geller & Company and Geller Advisors employment brand.

* Providing leadership and consultation on various ad hoc projects within the recruiting organization.

* Participating in search industry conferences and meetings.

We expect you to have:

* Career progression that demonstrates continuous growth and development in Recruiting

* Demonstrated success in managing an internal corporate executive search process

* Specialization in recruiting for CFO, Sr. FP&A, Tax and Relationship Management roles within the Wealth Management industry a plus; familiarity across as many aspects of wealth management strongly desired to include Financial Planning, Estate & Trust Planning, Investments, CFO Services, Cash Management, and Philanthropy

* Proven experience conducting market/industry research, candidate identification, and name generation, using internet resources and telephone names sourcing techniques.

* Strong competency with computer research including creative methodologies in obtaining business information and contacts and leveraging current emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Social Media. Track record of successfully extracting information from multiple resource databases such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, etc.

* Prior External / Internal Executive search is needed

* Proficiency in building and using ATS, CRM, or executive recruiting software packages or systems.

* The ability to partner closely with HC Generalists on strategic HR initiatives including succession planning, interviewer training, implementation of best practices, etc.

* Strong academic credentials with Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable.

* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity along with high EQ and self-awareness and willingness to learn and grow from critical constructive feedback.

* CFO search experience with focus from Financial Services, Technology or Media a plus.
