ABOUT THE PRODUCT MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot B2B Marketing team is seeking a rockstar Product Marketing Coordinator. The B2B Marketing team works with our sales team to help local wedding pros across the country succeed in the wedding industry through industry-leading products, education, and support. We're looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves coordinator that is analytical, creative, enthusiastic, a problem solver, a go-getter and above all, a team player.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this dynamic role touches all aspects of product marketing—product research and analytics, project management, positioning, go-to-market planning including sales enablement, and post-launch product adoption and engagement support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Partner with product owners, the research team, product marketers, the sales marketing team, the sales team, and the creative team to help define product positioning and strategy, manage product launches, and gather customer insights

* Project manage product marketing launches from inception to post-launch campaigns

* Help build and execute internal and external materials inclusive of overview docs, product briefs, sales materials and copywriting to increase product awareness, adoption and engagement

* Produce quarterly competitive analyses to help understand XO Group's prospective and existing users, competitors, and how to make the most compelling products

* Track and analyze KPIs

* Learn new things. Seriously.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's Degree

* 1-3 years relevant experience

* Must be tech- and Internet-savvy and have an eye for analytics

* Strong written communication skills

* Effective multi-tasker and communicator with a great attention to detail

* Excellent project management skills

* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability
