Product Enablement Manager

As Product Enablement Manager, you'll drive the product training strategy to ensure employees, customers and partners have the product know-how to solve their business needs and derive the most value possible from Movable Ink. Additionally, you'll create a program that paces with Movable Ink's rapid product development process to ensures a cohesive, flawless and scalable product experience as new features are released.

Fast forward one year, here's what you've accomplished at Movable Ink:

* Leading a product training strategy for new and existed product features. This includes a multi-level curriculum for basic to advanced topics, training tracks specific to internal, customer, partner and developer roles, and curation of all existing training materials.

* Partner with key internal stakeholders, such as technical writers, learning and development, and client experience teams to ensure synergies across all training experiences and consistency in product training collateral including, product documentation, onboarding guides, in-person training, webinars, interactive eLearning and in-app tutorials. Audit trainings to improve product positioning and language.

* Closely collaborate with product management and engineering on upcoming features. Identify key product updates, use cases and details to be included in new and existing materials. Partner with key stakeholders on updating training collateral including video tutorials, eLearning, in-app guides, train-the-trainer guides, 'classroom' training materials and exercises, and scalable testing mechanisms.

* Running a product enablement program that fosters the thirst for product knowledge, provides a pulse on all upcoming features, and prepares the client experience team and other key stakeholders for new features and product enhancements. This includes involvement early in the development stage, early participation with betas, regular collaboration with the CX team and hands on exposure to live marketing programs.

* You can answer any question related to the product. You're known throughout the company and with customers as a product expert and you have a following of groupies eager to learn from you.

* Leading a tightly coupled team consisting of tier 2 support and product documentation. Coached and mentored the team for growth, removed barriers, and ensured they have the tools and organizational support to be successful.

What you have done in the past and who you are:

* Created and implemented overarching strategy for all facets of product knowledge including training, documentation and tier 2 support, for enterprise SaaS companies preferably in digital marketing. Partnered with other teams on a "train the trainer" model.

* Developed and maintained training curriculum for various levels of students and a scalable testing mechanism. Measured training, course and instructor effectiveness and made improvements based on feedback.

* Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and product management on upcoming features. You know what's being released almost better than they do!

* Experience with product enablement, operational readiness or release preparedness type functions that enable key stakeholders to be aware of new product developments and ready to support them.

* Demonstrated product expert in a fast-paced environment with deep knowledge of latest features and product developments. Digital Marketing and ESP knowledge a plus.

* 4+ years managing 3 or more people.

* Undergraduate or graduate degree in learning and development, human resources, education, analytical, engineering or another scientific related field, or equivalent experience.
