As a lead associate for the Rx Collaborative (RxC) Account Management team you will be supporting the development and delivery of the RxC/PBM service strategy for RxC clients. You will serve as a client advocate within the PBM and will escalate and assist in resolving major client issues/requests with PBM senior Management. You will also be expected to oversee the PBM execution of the defined RxC service delivery model including oversight of PBM implementations and applying best practices and service standards to ensure best in class service is provided to our RxC clients.

The Role

* Serve as a continuous advocate for clients and client teams to provide information, clarification, and guidance on pharmacy related issues

* Manage client and client team expectations and escalate issues as appropriate; participate in client calls as requested by the client team

* Develop and update best practices for joint account teams, implementation and plan changes; update joint team roles and responsibilities

* Communicate new process/procedures as well as changes/enhancements to the service model; resource assignments, operational issues and key PBM deadlines

* Ensure PBMs are meeting deliverables within agreed upon timelines and adhering to process and procedures

* Lead and manage weekly calls with PBMs to review projects and escalated client issues

* Serve as RxC subject matter expert for project managers and pharmacist consultants for RxC process and procedures. Conduct monthly calls with project managers to review current status of service and relevant RxC/PBM information

* Partner with PBM leadership and pharmacy practice division leads to enhance service delivery model by facilitating quarterly service calls with PBM account management leadership and pharmacy practice division leads

* Support development and delivery of RxC training for new hires in pharmacy practice

* Review potential new PBM account team members to be assigned to RxC clients in order to confirm suitability. Maintain documentation of PBM and WTW account teams supporting RxC clients. Work with PBM to resolve any account team concerns.

* Innovation Hubs: Participate in at least two internal Willis Towers Watson Innovation Hubs including but not limited to RxC Operations I-Hub. Lead RxC Operations I-Hub projects

The Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as an account manager, account executive or equivalent in a benefits consulting/brokerage firm, PBM, insurance company, or similar environment

* PBM experience preferred

* Well organized and detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to respond to all communications professionally and effectively, in a timely manner

* Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong client service orientation

* Demonstrated leadership qualities and natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

* Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

* Ability to work both independently and on client teams

* Enjoy and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

* Ability to develop lasting relationships with clients both internal and external

* Sense of accountability; owning one's work and taking pride in it

* Self starter; interest in continually challenging oneself and willingness to step outside of one's comfort zone. Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adhering to strict project deadlines

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel

* Bachelors degree highly preferred but will consider relevant work experience
