Job Description

Provide strategic Human Resources support for 300+ employee population in Field and National offices and 3 of 7 Regions located throughout the US. This position will provide leadership in the development and delivery of effective HR strategies that support the organization priorities and our people. This individual will partner with managers on key HR initiatives in the areas of workforce and resource planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, training and compensation. This role is both strategic and tactical to respond to the dynamic needs of the organization.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

* Partner with managers to understand their key issues and organization needs and provide sound HR advice and consultation on issues around people management and organization effectiveness.

* In partnership with business units, develop strategic HR plan for each fiscal year, focusing on needs to achieve objectives.

* Effectively uses consulting skills to partner with organization leaders to drive organizational strategy and success.

* Provides coaching to leaders within assigned client groups.

* Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners on staffing for areas of responsibility.

* Help to drive change within the organization to include adoption of new technologies, workflows, staffing models, and organization structures.

* Review and analyze market, industry best practices, trends, and internal feedback to develop programs to meet our business goals and drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

* Recommend and drive improvements to human resource policies, systems and processes, in partnership with HR Leadership team.

* Partner with managers on all employee relations issues for client areas, including counseling, coaching, performance improvement plans and terminations.

* Oversee the management of Chapter New Hire Onboarding. Ensure that all new hires have the tools and knowledge of all needed resources in order to perform their jobs effectively.

* Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement.

* Partner with People Team Leaders in the development, actualization and monitoring of talent management and training programs. Recommend and/or anticipate training needs based upon an understanding of organizational and chapter goals.

* Enhances the employee experience through effective delivery of day-to-day Human Resources services and resolves HR issues with employees across client groups

* Researches, analyzes and presents sources of information and data that helps drive strategic decisions.
