This role is responsible for operationalizing Revenue leadership and their teams: facilitating setting strategy and goals, communication across leadership and down into teams, and enforcing execution of aligned decisions. This role also serves as the link between the company Operations department and Revenue, leading execution of Revenue work for company priorities and initiatives.

Overall Responsibilities:

* Support the Chief Commercial Officer Prepare the CCO to make informed decisions and advise on issues pertaining to Revenue teams; help her to plan and manage projects.

* Facilitate decision making and execution across Revenue leads: track ideas and brainstorms from Revenue leads, research and convene leads to make decisions, assemble project plans and track process, focus on Revenue contributions to operations initiatives.

* Navigate the space between departments, teams, and management levels: maintain unassigned relationships to matrixed/dotted line groups and fill any remaining gaps as necessary, serve as Revenue representative to work on mid-level company collaborative projects

* Serve as resource to Revenue department: provide context and communications for teams at the ground level for our work, empower them to re-contextualize our work and initiatives to partners, assist in evaluating and solving problems, surface major concerns and issues to the publisher/leads

What you'll do:

* Coordinate communication across Revenue leads and into Revenue teams

* Maintain relationships to leads in other departments

* Use already established resources and gatherings to create transparency around the work the company and leads are asking teams to do

* Work with Revenue leadership and Operations leadership to both map Revenue team work to company priorities and track Revenue leadership work on company initiatives

* Evaluate ideas and proposals, convene leads for decision making, and organize execution on projects

* Serve as connective resource (communication, project planning, convening for discussion, operations, logistics) between leads and their teams (direct and matrixed)

* Empower leads through clear focus and documentation to inform their teams

* Solve department problems, reset workflows, and remove blockers for Revenue teams and individuals, especially around work that maps to Revenue initiatives and company priorities

* Manage the Revenue coordinator

What you'll bring:

* Strong written communication minus the jargon

* Proficiency in Google Docs, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Keynote, and CustomShow

* Ability to manage several projects at once and prioritize accordingly

* Superior organizational skills, both mentally and in tangible outputs

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to see the long-term picture but deliver short-term success

* Flexibility to pivot your workday as needed while maintaining a level head and a positive attitude

* Strong eye for detail

* Ability to translate information for various types of audiences

* Prior experience managing operations for a large organization a plus
