The Marketing Operations Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns for Acxiom. This may include items such as CRM campaign setup and management, data integrity and list loading, digital development, email marketing, landing pages, global website updates, marketing automation programs, lead nurturing campaigns, and dashboards and reporting. Additional responsibilities may include marketing business process optimization, marketing program ROI analysis, as well as marketing operations best practices creation and publishing. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, as well as with Acxiom's leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Under formal mentorship

* Owns low complexity assignments. Augments team on moderate to high complexity assignments

* Receives necessary training (more time then advanced levels)

* Under continuous evaluation.

* Manages time, responsibilities, and priorities effectively with emphasis on their contribution.

Analytics:

* Assist in building and maintaining meaningful, recurring standard reports in an efficient and user-friendly manner, addressing business pre-defined or ad-hoc requests for insights.

* Support delivery of insights, findings and recommendations regarding marketing performance and opportunities through adapting statistical methods, tools and business expertise to sets of relevant data, affecting the performance of the global marketing organization or its marketing programs.

* Study and learn analytic reporting best practices and technologies.

CRM:

* Support demand-generation infrastructure and operational processes inside Salesforce.com.

* Assist in documentation of operational processes.

Developer:

* Assist in programming of campaign landing pages.

* Support development of mobile optimized marketing apps.

Marketing Automation:

* Assist with designing and deploying email marketing campaigns.

* Support A/B testing of nurture campaigns, emails, and landing pages to continually identify ways to improve lead generation results.

Required

* A team-oriented self-starter, who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment.

* The candidate will require excellent communication and relationship building skills to excel in this role.

* Required to be proficient in Microsoft Office and understand HTML.

* Willing to learn and contribute to potential projects in marketing automation, CRM, digital development, marketing analytics, email marketing, mobile marketing, or marketing operations.

* Receive formal mentorship from a senior level team member.

Preferred

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a top 50 business school.
