Amazon Ads is seeking a high energy, organized, analytical individual to provide consultative and operational support to our clients around our data products. We are Amazon Shopper Panel, a new product redefining the way customer's measure their marketing to Amazon. As a Measurement Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and client delivery for the Amazon Shopper Panel. You will be our organization’s operations and measurement expert and will work closely with internal partners. You will also have a key focus on improving processes and tools, ruthlessly driving efficiencies to allow us to better deliver best-in-class customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for report generation and analysis along with visualization of key insights and findings. The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard in a fast paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Build relationships with external customers to drive adoption of Amazon Shopper Panel products
  • Scale and grow usage of products for advertisers and agencies
  • Provide onboarding support, education, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure client success
  • Work to drive advertiser KPIs by serving as an analytical partner for advertisers, ensuring quality survey design and conducting data analysis and visualization of results and key findings
  • Exhibit deep analytical ability and develop expertise in Amazon’s proprietary metrics, working to constantly evolve how we analyze and communicate data to our advertisers
  • Drive innovation and roadmap decisions that increase the ease and availability of data to both internal teams and external partners
  • Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedure documentation and other training materials
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct trainings and help establish a network of subject matter experts within partner teams including Campaign/Account Management and Sales
  • Help drive the product’s evolution via ongoing client feedback loop and close collaboration with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issues; will communicate, triage, and manage open tickets to resolution

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles

Preffered Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, or Business; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal/written communicator with presentation/pitching experience
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights to drive decision making
  • Well versed in digital media campaign setup, ad operations and/or media optimization techniques
  • Technical expertise in API and/or data architecture is a plus
  • Experience working with ad platforms and/or external technology partners is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Account management, Sales, and or Agency experience is a plus
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Attribution Experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mentality
