Whether the merchandise we sell, the customer service we offer, or our investments in technology, everything we do is to enhance the customer experience across all channels and brands.

Manage seasonal offline marketing and advertising projects from inception to completion, including creating and maintaining deadlines e.g. sales associate emails, invitations, advertisements, signage, magazines/mailers and special projects.

Lead day-to-day management of projects and act as go-between to marketing, art, creative and copy teams.

Schedule style outs for magazines, mailers and key ad campaigns/inserts.

Monitor creative team to ensure all projects are meeting deadlines.

Traffic ad proofs to merchants and senior management for review, edits and approvals.

Enter information into key production systems, e.g. Filemaker or Proofhub to create project schedules and ensure we have records of production costs, deadlines.

Process and execute change requests with Merchants, Creative and Marketing.

Run the marketing job opening process and ensure buyers follow the guidelines.

Parter with Creative and Copywriting on all jobs to ensure consistency within deliverables.

Partner with digital counterpart in Dallas on all omni projects.

A minimum 3 years of project management experience

Excellent project management skills

Extremely organized and highly motivated

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Ability to anticipate problems and plan accordingly

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Filemaker and Proofhub preferred.
