Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and marketing strategy for our corporate and business products, which apply to a diverse set of commercial real estate property types
  • Create and execute an acquisition and retention marketing strategy to grow customer engagement with Greystone
  • Generate new approaches and innovative ideas for marketing programs that drive acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with clients
  • Work with business leaders to analyze programs in flight to accelerate the ability to make expedient, well-informed decisions that will improve results
  • Create and maintain all marketing collateral supporting all points of the client lifecycle, enhancing the customer experience
  • Own the creation of new corporate marketing materials that are on-brand, with a consistent style, quality and tone of voice
  • Maintain a competitive perspective, assessing new, innovate ideas and approaches to evolve our marketing strategy in-line with the broader marketing landscape – keeping the company at the forefront of developments both inside and outside the industry

Experience, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Minimum of 8-10 years related marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience running relationship/CRM/product marketing within a fast-growing B2B company
  • Proven track record of working at both a strategic and tactical level (think big picture and have the ability to execute) in order to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Problem-solver who uses critical thinking skills to quickly prioritize and effectively project manage multiple initiatives at all times
  • Ability to think creatively about how to get the most yield from resources available
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor; ability to quantitatively analyze & optimize marketing programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without needing formal authority
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Higher education degree in marketing or communications preferred
