Symphony Talent is seeking an experienced Manager, Strategy & Client Services to join our stellar Account Management team. As a member of our Strategy and Client Services team, you will:

* Support Account Directors and Business Leads, serving as day-to-day project lead with strategic clients to provide exceptional service in order to retain and grow the accounts, with the goal of making each client referenceable. Build rewarding relationships with clients by understanding their business, Talent Acquisition Strategy and pain points.

* Lead discussions with clients relative to their Symphony Talent products including specific digital/creative projects, reporting KPIs/outcomes, next steps and building account strategies to develop their progress.

* Analyze, respond, and react to performance data/metrics surrounding channel strategies, talent community growth and behavior, CRM user performance, to enhance clients' positioning in the marketplace, and ultimately improve client outcomes. Present performance data and concepts at various levels of client organizations.



3+ years in an account manager or customer success role with heavy emphasis on web, media, and creative project management, preferably with an advertising agency, HR technology, or recruitment marketing technology provider.

* Ability to understand and identify client issues/challenges and to formulate, execute, and optimize client strategies and solutions.

* Experience in analyzing and taking action on talent acquisition metrics and data.

* Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM, as well as a base knowledge of recruitment marketing and media.

* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills including ability to comfortably present to peers, senior leadership internally, and with all levels of management within our client organizations.

* Ambitious and self-directed with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities in order to meet client expectations and deadlines.
