Job Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will excel in the challenging and fast paced environment of Institutional Equity Research Sales as an Institutional Sales Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree. Prior work and/or internships a plus. Candidate should be bright, polished, energetic, organized, detail oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency in a fast pace environment; and above all be flexible.

Job Description

Provide direct support to 4 Institutional Salespeople whose clients include mutual funds, hedge funds, and advisors managing pensions and endowments. In addition to managing and monitoring general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expenses, client correspondences, research requests, new client account paperwork and maintaining our client databases, the candidate will support business development through the coordination of analyst calls and meetings. In this capacity the candidate will be responsible all matters related to the coordination of logistics analyst marketing meetings including juggling schedules, confirming meetings, ordering and sending marketing decks, organizing client lunches/dinner/events and making travel arrangements.

In this role, you will be expected to quickly immerse yourself as an integral member of the team and to add value from day one. You'll interact directly with internal and external clients and work with people across the Bernstein organization.
