The Revenue Operations team is a critical part of Univision and FMG. It acts as a bridge between Sales and Revenue Operations hence providing valuable insight to sales executives on a daily basis as well as presenting strategic opportunities to assist in achieving revenue targets. The team also interacts with Marketing, Ad Operations, and Product teams on a regular basis.

This will be a unique opportunity for you to manage a dedicated group of individuals who support and interact with sales teams and business units across Univision. Dealing with senior Account Executives and VP's in the sales organization on a daily/weekly basis, you will quickly become a key resource in a highly visible and strategic role with many opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Yield Management, you work well with sales and truly want to help the business thrive, delivering on clients KPI's while also keeping an eye on what's best for the business. You like to run teams and know how to motivate senior employees while helping to train and mentor younger employees. The ideal candidate also has some experience working with Ad Operations and sales teams and understand the urgency in delivery of online campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 4 Sr and Jr Yield Analyst

* Support Local sales team in pre-sales/post-sales Support

* Manage approval rules in Operative1

* Help manage tickets for inventory approvals in Jira

* Work alongside Ad Product, Ad Ops, Research, Programmatic & Data Team to provide crucial ad hoc reporting to support numerous business decision and its impact on future revenue.

* Manager Vendors, YieldEx, AdJuster, Sintec. You would be their business contact for all things UCI

* Manage product and pricing updates in Operative1

* Provide sales team with timely and accurate guidance across numerous requests. Request include inquiries regarding availability, forecasting, valuations and campaign management. Support is essential and crucial in all stages of campaign management from pre sales to post sales.

* Deliver daily and weekly reports

* Capacity reports, detailing our network capacity

* Local Risk reporting outlining revenue at risk for our Local ad sales team

* Syndication reports, pacing to our syndication partners

* Create monthly slides that include top level views of inventory utilization, sell through and Revenue pacing.

* Produce various ad hoc reporting for numerous teams involved in Digital Operations.

* Help to diagnose underdelivery and give advice to AdOps on how to remedy campaign delivery issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor Degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience

* Minimum 7 years' experience in a relevant environment

* Minimum of 2 years experience with YieldEx

* Prior management experience

* Experience with ad operations teams

* Proven track record experience with DFP, Operative or another OMS systems

* Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Experience with AdJuster

* Experience with DFP

* Familiarity with digital financial process

* Spanish language proficiency

Eligibility Requirements:

* Must be willing to work from office in NYC

* Some travel throughout the year

* Employment/education will be verified

* Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
