CONCIERGE

HOSPITALITY OFFICE SERVICES ADMINSTRATOR/CLERK


Job Responsibilities:


* Perform daily inventory to check perishables, paper goods and cleaning supplies


* Perform AM/PM conference room checks and remove trash if needed


* Perform a trash check and remove trash from pantries in afternoon


* Empty water trays daily from water filtration systems in pantries


* Receive and stock storage rooms with pantry supplies


* Receive and stock kitchen cleaning supplies


* Setup bagels at request of agencies


* Stock refrigerators weekly with milk


* Keep track of conference rooms to insure proper service before and after meetings/events


* Prepare for following day/week for meetings and events


Organize conference room cabinets/stock refrigerators


* Assist admins with set up and clean up before and after meetings


* Ensure pantries and kitchen equipment are cleaned


* Operate dishwasher when needed


* Troubleshoot appliances and relay to facilities for resolution


Additional Duties:

* Provides back-up for the Mail room when needed


* Assist with onsite company events


* Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent


* Strong food service skills


* Strong client service skills


* Able to lift and stand for long period of times


* Knowledge of procedures with regards to cleanliness of kitchens/pantries and food storage


* Comfortable in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
