Roles & Responsibilities:

TheClinical Research Coordinator I assist in the daily activities of clinicalresearch studies, obtains informed consent; collects, maintains and organizesstudy information.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

* Collectsand records study data. Inputs all information into database

* Obtainsinformed consent under minimal supervision of the investigator(s) and educatesparticipants regarding study requirements

* Assistsin the activities related to clinical research studies including but notlimited to: answering phone calls, screening participants for eligibility,registering subjects with sponsoring agency, administering lifestyle questionnaires

* Maintainssource documents and subject files in accordance with hospital procedures.Ensures accurate and complete compilation of subject data through chart reviews

* Secures,delivers and ships clinical specimens as required by the protocol

* Responsiblefor organizing and preparing for monitoring visits

* Coordinationand management of clinical trials including communication with Sponsors

* Performsother related duties


* Bachelor'sin Science or closely related field preferred

* Excellentwritten and oral communication skills

* Exceptionalattention to detail and accuracy
