with this trajectory we are searching for a highly qualified Chief of Staff to

work closely with our executive team.

As the Chief of Staff you will work in tandem with our Global Head

of Strategy for our In House Centres where you will partner with key divisional

business heads to identify medium term workforce strategy solutions to create, develop, implement and

monitor the Firm’s strategy. You will make immediate impact on the Firm’s overall

productivity, cost efficiency and will be responsible for streamlining

strategic initiatives, overseeing project management and communicating

objectives between and across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business

management role with a solid understanding of the Front Office, Wealth

Management and Technology businesses with a focus on executive level advising

and interdepartmental collaboration.

This role offers several unique opportunities one of which being

the birds eye view of the inner workings of an investment bank in addition to

driving the evolution of the Firm’s workforce strategy. This is an instrumental

skillset in developing a successful career in Firmwide workforce strategy.
