As the Productivity Analyst, you will be responsible to help your sales team solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. You are expected to use your business skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help your team design and implement business processes.

This position works closely with sales managers, directors and vice presidents to serve as a point of contact in measuring, analyzing, alerting on issues, and solving issues relating to your team’s sales performance.


  • Perform and study productivity analyses for your designated territory
  • Proactively track and analyze activities and metrics
  • Oversee sales performance issues until resolved
  • Prepare territory analysis to define where hiring is needed
  • Oversee allocation of sales resources
  • Maintain territory alignment
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address education, performance issues and process improvement


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • Attentive to the items under scope including documentation and consistent follow through
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience with a CRM system
