We're looking to add a Business Development Manager to our team in North America to represent this complex and powerful solution across multiple verticals including Retail, Brands, Financial Services, and Travel to name a few. Our ideal champion knows data, understands ad technology and wants to join a team creating new ways for marketers to engage with their ideal consumers.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and qualify new business opportunities – to drive revenue growth from prospect accounts

* Deliver upon core business KPI's – specifically revenue, activity and forecasting control

* Maintain accurate records within the Salesforce CRM of all interaction, communication and potential opportunities

* Build relationships with EMS colleagues (& beyond) to identify and facilitate cross-sell opportunities

* Proactively contribute to wider new business strategy (product development, marketing etc)


* 3-5 years experience in digital advertising

* Proven track record of closing successful/long-term partnerships and exceeding goals

* A track record of success in consultative sales environments, interpersonal skills, managing information inward and upward

* Passion for online advertising with a strong work ethic and desire to go above and beyond every day

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present at the senior level

* Work effectively across internal teams

* Creating/refining/driving the pitch based on client needs to deliver results

* Very proficient in Excel (formulas, modeling) and Salesforce (sales process tracking)

* Minimum of BS Degree or work equivalent
