Associate Brand Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and executing short- and long-term brand strategies and marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and assess digital programs including content and activation across multiple platforms including Amazon

* Develop and manage consumer promotion programs like sampling, couponing and activations in professional channel

* Support key project execution including line extensions, packaging updates and sku optimization

* Support the development of annual business plans and presentations to senior management

* Analyze syndicated consumption data (IRI) and report out trends to broader business team

* Analyze shipment data and manage brand financial forecast/promotion budgets

* Participate in creative campaign development with external agencies

* Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to provide brand input on trade promotion activities and sell-in materials

* Participate in market research initiatives

* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of marketing programs

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of Brand Management experience within the CPG industry or an MBA with 0-2 years of Brand Management experience

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Strong interpersonal, analytical and project management skills, oral and written communication skills

* Entrepreneurial-minded self-starter able to work with ambiguity of a start-up environment

* Broad understanding of marketing principles

* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
