Position Summary

The Analyst is responsible for conducting the administrative aspects of all JetBlue QA CASS Programs. In addition the Analyst will be responsible to monitor, trend and update the various QA databases with audit and investigation data. The Analyst tracks and crystallizes information within QA's periodic CASS reports.

Essential Responsibilities

* Processes vendor approval request (MX-55s) as received from QA Internal customers

* Analyzes and generates CASS reports using Surveillance data

* Make recommendations for CASS activity, escalations, de-escalations based on audit activity

* Maintain Maintenance Provider Manual/Approved Vendor List (MPM/AVL)

* Tracks the Coordinating Agency for Supplier Evaluation database for audit completion and closure

* Maintains listing of Foreign Repair Station expiry and purges expired certificates

* Generates, distributes and tracks Vendor Audit Questionnaires

* Maintains the JetBlue QA electronic databases and hard audit files and finding reports

* Collects information to support CASS investigation and analysis. Information collection efforts include, but not limited to database queries /reports verifies correct references and acquiring supplementary data from internal and external databases

* Develop and generate other periodic CASS reports to support CASS management

* Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree

* One (1) year analytical experience

* Experience with database management and Microsoft Office applications

* Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test

* Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree

* Strong team building interpersonal skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Working knowledge of commercial aircraft systems

* Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

* Working knowledge of regulations governing commercial aviation

* Working knowledge of website development

Crewmember Expectations:

* Regular attendance and punctuality

* Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice

* Well groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance

* When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

* Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and Passion

* Promote JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards

* Identify safety concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report(SAR))
