Role Summary/Purpose:

The Account Manager will manage and further enhance critical business relationships and serve as an internal advocate for stakeholders. Primary role responsibilities will include maintaining relationship satisfaction by addressing critical operational tasks, ongoing project initiatives, ad hoc requests as well as issue resolution.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Support VP of Account Management to address key requests in a timely fashion to maintain and expand strong relationships

* Seek opportunities to drive increased revenue while partnering with stakeholders to meet their business objectives

* Serve as first point of contact across all SYF stakeholders

* Leverage cross functional relationships to efficiently address and resolve issues or requests to increase overall satisfaction

* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, based on business needs and objectives by partnering closely with internal SYF & GPS cross teams

* Report and analyze on key metrics across all accounts to further influence key business decisions

* Support leadership with key strategy planning initiatives to expand & grow relationships and revenue

* Maintain and review backlog to provide recommendations and influence on future roadmap and enhance existing relationship

* Ensure production readiness and streamline key business functions especially in the area of product launches and upgrades

* Coordinate key operational planning across company business functions

* Partner with stakeholders to drive product marketing and overall app usage

* Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience in tech and/or financial services industry

* Minimum 1 year of account, relationship, client or partner management experience

Eligibility Requirements:

* You must be 18 years or older

* You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

* You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process

* You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

* Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a "consistently meets expectations" performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 52,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
