Account Manager, Display Media

About the roleThe Account Manager, Display Media (AM) at StreetEasy is the day-to-day customer contact for booked business, supporting a team of sellers and their NYC agencies and clients. The position operates in a fast-paced, strategic and collaborative environment and provides an opportunity to positively impact revenue within a huge growth division of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

●Day-to-day relationships with existing direct client and/or agency on booked business, and first point of contact to route new business to respective sellers.

●You will work with sales to set up advertisers for success- describing products, explaining assets they need to launch campaigns, and how to best measure return on investment once they are live.

●Understand client needs and objectives to uncover upsell and renewal opportunities.

●Act as intermediary between client and internal stakeholders to address concerns or requests with live campaigns.

●Own success of campaigns against contract goals with your ability to speak across all StreetEasy platform revenue products, and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues.

●Work with BCs to populate a New Proposal Queue to have contracts executed in a timely fashion.

●Exceed client expectations by analyzing campaigns and platform data to highlight performance wins or concerns, and optimize results accordingly.

●Work with Ad Operations to run campaigns—including placement optimizations, assessing available inventory and garnering reporting and recaps.

●Assigned team projects as necessary for pipeline forecast, product strategy.

About the team

The Advertising & Partnerships sales team has established a consultative approach to educate developers, rental management companies and marketers on how to maximize performance on StreetEasy.

Who you are

* Bachelor's degree required.

* 2+ years digital publisher, agency or ad tech account management.

* Shown success of responsiveness, follow-through and providing deliverables within deadlines.

* You have the ability to develop and maintain strong client partnerships through consultative, data-driven communication.

* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, DFP, or technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.

* High degree of ownership and get-it-done mentality, with a positive, upbeat outlook and professionally curious and self-motivated attitude.

* A team player who is goal-oriented and willing to perform the daily activities to educate yourself on team and product best practices.

* A warm communicator in person and over phone/email/chat so all clients have a great experience with StreetEasy.
