Position Overview

The Financial Analyst reports to the Account Manager and is responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information for the Company.

Essential Job Functions

  • Analyze revenue and expense metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Develop forecasts.
  • Analyze Location-level P&L statements.
  • Ensure that financial information has been reported accurately.
  • Prepare and present reports to management.
  • Research and resolve financial inquiries from management and Locations.
  • Record General Ledger entries.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts.


  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting
  • Two years' experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Must have SQL experience


  • MBA Preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
  • Prolonged walking, sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
  • Must be able to sit and climb stairs
  • Must have visual and hearing acuity
  • Must have strong sense of smell and touch


  • Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
  • Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
