Desktop Support - Level II Technician

Duration - Long Term - No End Date 

We have an immediate need for a Desktop/Laptop support technician in our New Providence NJ location with strong knowledge of Windows 7/10  Laptop/Desktop Imaging, MS Office 2013, 2016 and Cisco VPN.   

This is a full time contract position that is 40 hours per week and long term duration (no end date).  In this role you would be providing day-to-day support to on-site office personnel.       

This IS NOT a Network Admin or Server Admin.  We're looking for candidates with strong support experience of Desktop/Laptops


Requirements

At least 7 Years experience with desktop support in a windows environment  


Expertise in supporting Windows 10 and  7 on Desktop and Laptops. 

Strong knowledge of Cisco VPN support

Experience providing support to executive level users and Sr Management

Experience In The Following Areas:


 - Office 2013, 2016

- Rolling out and imaging PC's and Laptops

- Symantec

- Service Now

- Mobile Device Support is a plus

- Experience with MS BitLocker a plus


- Remote / Phone support experience  a plus


- MS certifications are a plus!  

 >>>  This is a 42 1/2 hours per week.  40 billable hours with 1/2 hr each day unpaid.  We have summer hours which allows for early departure on Fridays.  <<<
