Financial Analyst

SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and analysis of reports and data for internal and external use. The individual will also be responsible for the review, analysis, and creation of data related to the Company's financial statements, forecasts and budgets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepares daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and data feeds

* Analyzes financial data for trends and anomalies

* Supports financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, funds transfer pricing, profitability, interest rate risk and investment management

* Assists in the maintenance and development of the systems used for various areas including reporting, forecasting, analysis, funds transfer pricing and profitability

* Conducts research and analysis to provide management with definitive financial data

* Participates in ad hoc financial projects as required

* All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three – five years of full-time experience in accounting or finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Internet software, Spreadsheet software (ex. MS Excel), Word Processing Software (ex. MS Word), Presentation Software (ex. MS PowerPoint), 10-key calculator, facsimile machine

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex: CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc)
