We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician II for the Horizons Women's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

* Provides clinical assessment, treatment and case management for individuals with addiction problems.

* Involves consumers and families in developing achievable and understandable plans for treatment; identifies appropriate resources and explains plans/services.

* Coordinates care with psychiatric services and other levels of care.

* Maintains appropriate records/documentation.

* Provides clinical supervision to staff and interns.

* Participates in clinical consultation to other departments regarding addiction problems.

* Provides input for policies and goal setting for the unit; participates in annual performance improvement projects.

* Meets all annual requirements and keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state, and Rutgers' regulations, laws, and policies.
