Ready to apply? We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Site Merchandiser - Justice to join our team located at our Stores-Justice-New Albany, OH 43054.

Position Overview:Responsible for driving online merchandising to grow conversion and sales, maximize margin and inventory in alignment with category and overall ecommerce strategies. Drives category page optimization. Partners with merchants to to understand comprehensive assortment and product distortions to inform digital merchandising strategies, including home pages, landing pages, features, email content and navigation.

* Optimize online merchandising to grow sales and maximize margin and inventory for high volume category/ies of business.

* Influence and partner with merchants to translate product strategy into the online experience, including home pages and landing pages, category specific taxonomy and navigation for the assigned category/ies

* Enter content into the BCC (web content management tool)

* On-board products with images, copy, category hierarchy and attribution

* Execute and monitors launch strategy

* Partner with digital marketing and creative teams on campaigns and strategies, including email, paid search, SEO, and segmentation

* Partner with ecommerce operations to drive site enhancements, including UX/UI and testing initiatives

* Utilize web analytics and KPIs to develop online strategy, improve customer experience and increase conversion

* Analyze weekly selling and develop recommendations to the merchant team by leveraging data that would enhance the customer experience

* Provide a point of view and ideas to increase sales using data and competitive research

* Analyze key competitors and best in class online retaliers to understand emerging online trends and web developments

* Assit in daily quality assurance for every new product depolyed, all product changes, and all offers or promotional launches

* As the Sr level, they will support the manager by mentoring the online merchant team members

Skills & Experience:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience

* Minimum of 5 years experience in site merchandising or equivalent ecommerce position

* Experience managing content and product for high traffic websites

* Proficient in using e-commerce tools, including JIRA, Ominiture, BCC, Endeca

* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office programs)

* Highly flexible and nimble with the ability to quickly alter course when necessary

* Abiltiy to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Ability to organize and prioritize

* Ability to lead and mentor online merchant team members

* Demonstrated interpersonal skills to foster inter-departmental and cross-functional relationships

* Demonstrated strong analytical and retail math skills and working knowledge of retailing business levers that drive revenue and profit in online channels

* Ability to influence strategy and decisions

* Strong communication skills

* Proactive in looking for competitive trends
