Customer Service Representative
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Assist clients with program enrollment.
This will include handling both inbound inquiries as initiating outbound communications.
Track client enrollment status/progress in system and perform verification of enrollment documentation.
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to clients.
Respond to inbound email inquiries
Track client enrollments including following up on any additional information required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
