Job Description

Accountabilities:

Support the Family Care organization relative to the continued MOSAIC deployment across the sector and continued adherence to IT standards. Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate MOSAIC related activities in R&E working with the E-ETL and to work with the KCNA FC mills for security compliance related to patching, passwords and access management for both internal and external users. Secondary responsibilities will be to support the Asset Development team and the IT Data Analytics team in project work using Machine Learning technologies.

Conceive, develop, validate, and share ideas leading to new or improved products, processes, materials, systems or scientific knowledge aligned with business unit objectives. Maintain technical and scientific expertise in an area of technology and communicate impact of developments on Kimberly-Clark. Prepare and implement unit budgets and schedules. Implement appropriate internal controls and standards to ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations. Drive a culture of protected and documented innovation to protect and defend K-C proprietary technology, products, and business processes through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets. Communicate appropriately and effectively with all customers, internal and external, conducting all communications and transactions with the utmost integrity and honesty so as to build an unimpeachable business reputation.

Education/Qualifications/Experience & Critical Skills Required:

* BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, IT, or Computer Science degree required.

* Seven plus years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, computer or IT/OT related fields in industrial automation and manufacturing.

* Proficient knowledge of Rockwell hardware and software.

* Working knowledge of Windows XP/7/10, Windows 2003/2008 Server, SQL Server, and Cisco Networking is also a plus.

* Strong programming skills.

* Travel in the 10%-15% should be expected.

* Carry out all work safely. Adhere to plant security polices

* Carry out assigned tasks in timely, diligent, and professional manner
