Job Description

We are currently sourcing an HR Business Partner to collaborate with our Global Research and Engineering function and Global Marketing Capabilities. In this role you will provide strategic HR partnership to the Vice President to R&E and CMO, Chief Scientist and the leadership team as well as of practice to drive, influence and implement people strategies that support and align with business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

* Develop a strategic partnership with the business or function leader through the alignment with business goals, targets, strategy and competition, financials, market dynamics, levers and issues.

* Provide insights to leadership team and overall organizational health and effectiveness; develops plans and assesses resources to enable the build of high performance teams and recruiting, development and retaining key talent.

* Demonstrate functional / technical proficiency, particularly in the areas of staffing, capability building, compensation, change management, organizational effectiveness, legislative and regulatory compliance. Continue to build knowledge and awareness of best practices and legal compliance in HR Policies/Procedures/ Strategies.

Coach and advice with Senior Leader on team effectiveness, team leadership, talent management, and organization effectiveness so they lead the organization to meet established business targets.

* Supports the development and retention of top talent by facilitating the management talent assessment using Kimberly-Clark standard performance management process and build plans to develop and deploy our key talent.

* Align and cascade the Kimberly-Clark Human Capital Strategy for the business / function, including workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement and change management

Ensures team is able to attract, reward, and retain needed talent through compensation strategies that align with Corporate. This includes job slotting, salary planning, exception handling, MAAP/Executive alignment, options planning, retention.

Provide business and employee perspective and insights to HR Centers of Excellence to influence corporate processes.

* Manage the Headcount to targeted levels. Obtain approvals for changing business conditions. Align with recruiting to forecast and secure the key talent we need to lead the business.

Minimum requirements:

* Education required/ preferred: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational management or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Global HR experience highly desired. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

* 7 - 10 years of work experience in Human Resources or a closely related field is required.

* Preferred experience includes HR administration or lead HR supporting a commercial, marketing or logistics client group. Ability to quickly establish a close working relationship with business teams.
