Job location: Neenah, WI
Currently, we are seeking an Executive Assistant as part of the Family Care Research & Engineering team in Neenah, Wisconsin.
The incumbent will provide a wide range of administrative services for the R&E Capability Process, Equipment, and Materials Development Director, the Directors Leadership Team, and others as applicable.
This position requires organizational skills, confidentiality, flexibility, planning, judgment, ability to balance and manage multiple priorities and time management. The incumbent must work professionally and independently with all levels within the organization and demonstrate excellent team work behaviors
Responsibilities include exposure to and handling of sensitive and confidential information. Additional responsibilities include composing correspondence which may involve technical and specialized terminology; taking action in principal’s absence; arranging travel; managing principal’s calendar and inbox, and managing the flow of information to the department. Overtime is expected on an occasional basis to meet workload demands.
Calendar management for Director and others as appropriate; Manage and handle the on boarding & exiting of new/transfers, contractors and co-ops; SharePoint experience and ability to maintain sites (i.e. Create sites, libraries, lists, permissions); Meeting coordination; Meetings and subsequent meeting agenda preparation, presentations and following up; Travel arrangements & expense management using Concur Department mailbox coordination & management.
Education/Qualifications/Experience & Critical Skills Required:
Typically required, at a minimum, a high school education and/or equivalent, plus 5-7 years’ with recent and relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant for business leader(s), i.e. Director or VP. Impeccable time management and organizational skills are critical to the success of this role with experience in interfacing with internal and external customers of all levels and the ability to multi-task while identifying key priorities on a daily basis.

- Strong oral and written communications skills along with a high level of tact, discretion, attention to detail along with personal and organizational sensitivity.
- High degree of maturity, initiative, accuracy, efficiency and independence of action, as well as extensive knowledge of the corporate organization and its business policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Office 365 is required; Experience in SharePoint, Market Place and SAP is desired.
- Other systems knowledge will be a plus: CATS, Identity Manager, Workday, Yammer, etc.
- Must be flexible, able to deal with changes, be comfortable working independently, and must also be an effective team member.
