Day-To-Day:

You will act as a strategic business partner to execute on key people initiatives partnering with leaders and our global HR teams in a fast-paced environment. You will also provide generalist and employee relations support to PTC's Strategy & Product employees in the US. You will thrive in this role if you are laser focused on understanding the business, our culture, our priorities and our people challenges. You will be the people expert – the business partner to our senior leaders as they work on developing their workforce to achieve our strategic goals. You will work to build solutions that enable our employees to have the most productive and satisfying work experiences of their careers!

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 4-7 years of general HR experience in a multinational company, preferably in the high-tech area
