Job Description:
Our client in the healthcare recruitment advertising space is looking to hire an Account Coordinator, freelance to full-time!

As Coordinator, you'll support the account team, participating in meetings and client calls, assisting with agenda's, schedules and project budgets. You'll collaborate with creative, marketing and research teams, too, helping to deploy marketing campaigns and track performance.

The ideal Account Coordinator for this gig has a few years' experience in:
- Account / Project Management or Coordination (healthcare marketing is a bonus)
- working directly with clients, sharing marketing updates and information
- collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- prioritizing tasks, establishing budgets and timelines
- is highly organized, proactive and curious to learn more and grow their skill sets
