The Zone Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s continuous improvement of People, Service and Profit. This role leads teams through the in-store process. With a high focus on employees and customers, the Zone Manager delivers the final product by ensuring the flawless execution of service to our customers. This function builds highly productive teams, and creates a people centric work environment that results in high retention at all levels and financial growth across assigned zone.   • Accountable for the successful execution of in-store service
  • With at least 80% of time spent in the field, the Zone Manager leads and develops employees, while building customer relationships, and delivering exemplary service
  • Build and maintain high performing teams by identifying good talent through the hiring process, focusing on their growth and development while coaching and mentoring
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and fairness for all members of the team
  • Achieve high retention within assigned zone, maintaining high employee engagement at all levels
  • Drive in-store standardize processes, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Drive employee safety and security, ethical conduct, and address noncompliance appropriately
  • Establish and maintain exemplary customer relations, ensuring open lines of communication and continuously build customer relationships through service
  • Provide manager on duty (MOD) support for other zone managers in the region as required
  • Deliver on Operational Excellence (Perfect Events), Organizational Effectiveness (Retention) and Financial (EBITDA) Commitments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing retail single or multi-store environments or a similar field

Leadership skills with a proven track record of developing people and building high performing teams

Strong understanding of managing profit & loss and controlling the levers that affect P&L

Effective collaboration with peers to deliver superb service to our customers

Ability to interact across business functions on a variety of items to achieve expected results

Effective customer relations skills and ability to respond to and react to customer service issues

Ability to teach and enforce company policy and compliance

Ability to successfully lead in a mobile/remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organizational skills with proven problem solving and decision-making skills

Zone Manager must reside within their geographic area of responsibility

Possess a valid Driver’s License and active insurance coverage
