About the Position: The mission of the U.S. Army Garrison - Natick (USAG-N) is to provide Natick, with the installation capabilities and services to support expeditionary operations in a time of persistent conflict, and to provide a quality of life for Soldiers & Families commensurate with their service.

* You will serve as a staff analyst to plan, develop, and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for the Garrison to assist with productivity, quality management and organization improvements.

* You will be responsible for Activity Based Costing, Strategic Readiness System, Performance Management Reviews, Commercial Activities, and the Army Suggestion Program.

* You will provide means of measuring process improvements and capturing customer feedback.

* You will coordinate and research continuous improvement/waiver issues crossing all functions.

* You will perform staff actions or conduct management analysis reviews which influence policy decisions involving garrison management.

* You will ensure consistency between future goals, program efficiencies, status of accomplishments, process achievers, and costs, balanced against mission priorities and efficiency.

* You will work with the garrison staff to make recommendations for process improvement and analysis of processes for problem areas and solutions.

Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least on year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: 1.) Conducting strategic planning evaluations and assessments that measure customer and organizational requirements; 2.) Conducting organizational studies that measure business function effectiveness, efficiencies and service quality; 3.) Perform analysis related to productivity, quality management and continuous improvement; as well as 4.) Communicating goals, advice and guidance through both formal and informal briefings and reports as it relates to the organization.
