Program Analyst (Bilingual Spanish)

As a member of the Program Management team, the senior analyst will provide analytical support of key initiatives for Program Management, Client Service VP/GMs and other functional groups. The role will be supporting an international wireless account and includes working with a cross-functional team of Program Management, Customer Care, Finance, Underwriting, and Supply Chain counterparts, to drive profitability and growth of the international client and Asurion.


* Creation and development of critical business analytics and risk management tools and processes to turn data into accurate and relevant information to make business decisions and recommendation

* Own and develop client reporting packages and supporting analytics

* Develop presentations on financial results and present to internal Asurion management and external client teams

* Partner with other members of Program Management to develop common points of view on emerging trends, risks and opportunities

* Be a key liaison to other functional areas as client subject matter expert to ensure comprehensive data/perspective gathering

* Leverage experience with Asurion's product offerings to anticipate and adapt to the changing competitive landscape for our handset protection products

* Support interpretation of data in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of analysis

* Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and thinking across Program Management

* Determine the appropriate analytics procedures and techniques; manage the integration of data from various sources (merging finance, logistics, and claims information)

* Help communicate the Program Management vision and strategy on our Latin America clients to both to our internal teams and the client.


* Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and also have good written communication

* Strong analytical expertise related to data analysis

* Ability to deliver presentations; must be able to confidently present material up to VP level, internally and externally

* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while still meeting objectives and deadlines

* Collaborate easily with all levels of the organization as well as cross-functionally

* Mathematical Skills: This position also requires the ability to apply mathematical concepts to create reports and financial records and present them effectively. This position must be able to develop complex formulas to perform needed calculations and demonstrate how data was derived

* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* BS degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a Business/Finance related degree

* Graduate degree preferred

* 3 years using Excel; must be highly proficient;

* 1–3 years using SQL / data mining tools; preferred by not required; or have relevant coding expertise

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required

* 2 years of working in an analytic-oriented environment, working on analytics
