We are currently looking to fill a Receptionist Job in Nashville, TN! Do you have 2+ years of Clerical/Administrative experience? Have you assisted with financial reporting in the past? Do you thrive in both a fast and slow-paced environment? If so, this may be the opportunity for you! We are currently looking to fill a Receptionist Job in Nashville, TN! This is a direct hire position with a salary range starting at $36K and will go up with experience!
As the Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate party
- Greet incoming traffic and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle interoffice mailing and incoming packages
- Assist with invoice preparation and other financial documentation
- Track the office inventory and order supplies when needed
- Data entry, file management, and all other general administrative duties
- 2+ years of recent Clerical/Administrative experience required
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, MUST have great technical skills
- Previous Accounting exposure highly preferred!
- Must have a very positive personality
