Receptionist Job in Nashville, TN

We are currently looking to fill a Receptionist Job in Nashville, TN! Do you have 2+ years of Clerical/Administrative experience? Have you assisted with financial reporting in the past? Do you thrive in both a fast and slow-paced environment? If so, this may be the opportunity for you! We are currently looking to fill a Receptionist Job in Nashville, TN! This is a direct hire position with a salary range starting at $36K and will go up with experience!

As the Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to the appropriate party
  • Greet incoming traffic and provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle interoffice mailing and incoming packages
  • Assist with invoice preparation and other financial documentation
  • Track the office inventory and order supplies when needed
  • Data entry, file management, and all other general administrative duties


  • 2+ years of recent Clerical/Administrative experience required
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, MUST have great technical skills
  • Previous Accounting exposure highly preferred!
  • Must have a very positive personality
